Dear Leaseholder(s):
Although my letter addressed to the leaseholders and occupiers was dated the 30 December 2009 the actual date on which I delivered the letter to each household was 1 January 2010. In order to ensure that there is a full 28 day period available to leaseholders and occupiers to make comments the penultimate paragraph of my letter should please be read as if “28 January” where that dates appears in the fourth and final lines of the paragraph had been replaced by “30 January”.
