If you are a resident and wish to participate:

1.  You must 'Register' with Webjam.  The 'Register' link is in the TOP RIGHT corner of the page.  It only takes a moment to nominate a username, password & contact email address. 

2.  Return to the Messageboard page and 'Join Community' link at the very TOP of the page (or 'Join this webjam' below).

Please note: Once you have 'Registered' with Webjam and selected to 'Join Community' on the Messageboard page, you will be returned to the same page.  The only subtle difference is that as a member, you should also see a 'Reply' button on the page, allowing you to actively participate in the messageboard discussions.  To test, select a message of interest and on the expanded page of the message thread, there should be a 'Reply' option.

The Messageboard page is private and is only available to registered members.
