Please Note: The Jam Factory Residents Association is a voluntary association body which represents Residents and Members of the JFRA at the Jam Factory with respect to, amongst other relevant matters, statutory planning processes in and immediately around the Jam Factory Estate.

Information on planning matters at the Jam Factory has been collected by JFRA Committee for and on behalf of JFRA members over a period of  years and in no way affects individual residents´ rights in pursuing planning matters and seeking clarification or researching other sources information.

JFRA representations on planning matters are the result of residents views and concerns, which are debated and voted upon at least once a year by residents and JFRA Members.

The JFRA does not operate as an advisory service in relation to planning information or purchasing decisions by either residents or non-residents - for these purposes, individuals are kindly directed to the Planning Department at the London Borough of Southwark through, if applicable, their professional representatives.
